Base Camp at Wonder Meadows sleeps 40 in 10 themed bedrooms with 11.5 baths, and brings the whole mountain adventure indoors: a private blacklight bowling alley, golf simulator, theater, game loft, a two-story indoor slide from the second floor down to the main level, and an indoor grotto pool with its own slide and hot tub. It's built for family reunions, church and youth retreats, and team trips, with breathtaking mountain views from multiple decks and a main-level king suite with a step-free, roll-in shower for guests who'd rather skip the stairs. You're 7 minutes from the Wears Valley entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge, 26 from Dollywood and 32 from Gatlinburg. Each bedroom is themed around a piece of Smoky Mountain heritage, history or natural wonder, so the whole house is a tour of the region.

Community amenities are shared, first-come, first-served, and some may be reserved at select times.

Booking requirements
In addition to the platform's terms, a signed rental agreement is required and will be sent after booking; you can review it before booking on request. If the signed agreement isn't returned, the reservation may be cancelled. Depending on how you book, we may also ask for a copy of a government-issued ID and the last four digits of the card on file.
House rules and fees
Violations of the rental agreement or house rules carry these agreed, non-punitive fees:
• Parties and events of any kind are prohibited: $1,500 event fee + $300 trash removal fee. [$500 refundable damage deposit — see note below]
• No pets: $500 per unauthorized animal
• Late checkout without approval: $500 per 4 hours or portion thereof
• Maximum occupancy 40: $150 per person per day, or portion thereof, for unregistered guests or guests over the limit
• No smoking or vaping inside: $500 fee, including odor removal
• Damage and service: invoiced cost + $100 (or $100/hour of staff time, or portion thereof) for missing or moved items, damage not covered by the damage waiver, stains, bed bug treatment, tech support, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with equipment (pool, pool alarm, A/C, smoke/fire detectors, extinguishers — tampering with pool safety equipment may also be a crime), unreturned keys/passes/fobs, unsecured pool gates or doors, extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar acts or omissions
• Septic: $500 minimum pumping charge for improper use. Flush only toilet paper.
• Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM; local noise ordinances apply
• Parking: 15 vehicles maximum
Violating house rules or agreement terms may result in immediate removal and cancellation of the rest of the stay without a partial or full refund.

Cancellation and travel insurance
Cancellations and date changes aren't permitted outside the cancellation window, including for personal emergencies, weather or other unforeseen events. We strongly recommend travel insurance, especially in seasons prone to severe weather.
