Perched majestically on the pristine shoreline, this three-story beachfront home stands as a testament to coastal living. With balconies on each level, offering unobstructed views of the ocean, it epitomizes the quintessential seaside living experience.

The first floor of this home was designed for beach goers to come in with sunkissed faces and sandy toes. A bathroom and laundry room await you where you can change out of wet bathingsuits and drop off your beach gear in the connecting garage. As you walk up the stairs to the main living area, you are greeted with spectacular views of the ocean, making hanging out in the coastal living room the place to be! Open the sliders and enjoy the gentle sea breeze with whispers of salt and serenity. The kitchen is open to the living room and has a separate dining are with large windows inviting natural light to stream into the room. Whether you are dining in or dining al fresco style on the balcony while listing to the waves crash against the shoreline, you are sure to unwind and relax with family and friends. There are three bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom. One of the bedrooms is on the main living floor and has a king sized bed while the two other bedrooms are on the 3rd floor, a king and a queen.

This home does have direct beachfront access and although it is not a private beach it is not as frequented by beachgoers giving you room to enjoy and have your peace and quiet.

Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

PET RULES: There is a $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs.
At no time may pets be on any furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture, additional cleaning fees may apply.
You must pick up after your dog. If pet waste is found in the backyard, a $50 pet waste fee will be added to your stay.
There are no breed restrictions at this property 🙂Unattended pets must be crated. No cats allowed.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200

Amazing view of the beach. Spent lots of time soaking in the relaxation of the deck both day and night. What a great beach. Not crowded at all. Met friendly people on Long Beach walks.

This home was in the area of Vilano Beach that we enjoyed. The home has beautiful views of the ocean from all rooms. Easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils and dishes. Staylah was pleasant and very helpful on any questions we had. We would definitely stay with them again.

BEAUTIFUL VIEWS from every room and balconies. Can’t beat the location - literally walk out door and onto the beach. So private and peaceful beach. Had all the amenities we could possibly need for a week at the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Staylah's beachfront Airbnb on St Augustine was absolutely exceptional! Celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday here was a dream come true, with the beach right in our backyard providing seamless access to the ocean. The convenience and beauty of the location enhanced our experience immensely. Staylah's customer service was top-notch. When we expressed a wish to extend our stay, they not only accommodated us but also generously offered a discount. Their communication was proactive and thorough, making us feel well cared for throughout our visit. In fact, they informed us about an internet outage before we even noticed, ensuring minimal disruption to our stay. Thank you, Staylah, for making our visit so memorable. I would rate this experience a 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

The location was Everything we could have wanted for a Beach House. Make Sure you wake up to watch the Sunrise, you don't even need to get up out of Bed to see if perfectly as each room has a View with a Balcony. The house could use a few upgrades, but other than that, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, plenty of beach towels and chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials. I would Love to come back soon, and recommend it to family and friends!
