Escape to Grand View Cottage, a picturesque 2-story cottage perched high above the hustle and bustle! This brand-new 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin is equipped with ample sleeping accommodations and hosts up to 10 guests comfortably. Enjoy spectacular mountain views from the large windows that don every room in the home, unwind in the relaxing balcony jacuzzi, and experience family-fun in the lower-level living space with foosball, cornhole and more. Located just 15 minutes from Dollywood, Le Conte Center and the vibrant Pigeon Forge Strip, Grand View is the perfect retreat for those craving adventure, entertainment, and breathtaking mountain top views!

Stairs are required to enter the cottage. The Kitchen is outfitted with all new appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals to be enjoyed in the adjoining dining area. The spacious living room is equipped with a Queen sofa sleeper and HD Smart TV. The main level also features a luxurious king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, ensuring ample space for your group. Step out onto the main level deck and take in the serene surroundings from the comfort of the outdoor seating area.

Descend to the lower level and discover a second living room, complete with an HD TV and additional entertainment options. Challenge your friends and family to a game on the arcade console, foosball table, or enjoy a friendly match of cornhole. The lower level also features a unique bunk cave with two twin bunk beds, accommodating up to 4 guests. A full bathroom with a shower and tub, along with a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, provide all the comforts of home. From the lower level, you can access another deck where a hot tub awaits, it’s the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploration!

The cottage provides parking for two vehicles in its driveway. Although Grand View shares a driveway with the neighboring cabin, the rest of the home offers complete privacy during your stay.

The main road leading to the property is paved but is steeply curved: During Winter weather events, four-wheel drive and chains are REQUIRED for safe access!

Set within a family-friendly community of cabins, Grand View Cozy Cabin is centrally located to all that Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (GSMNP) have to offer. We request a rental agreement that coincides with the platform’s terms.
Guests are not entitled to refunds for violations. Charges of nonpunitive amounts detailed in agreement are as follows : $500 per unauthorized animal or late checkout; $150 per extra person per day. Additional $100, plus invoiced amounts for damages, cleaning, fines, and key return failure. Septic pumping is a $500 minimum. Only flush toilet paper. Additional information on fees available in renters agreement upon official reservation.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! This was a last minute decision for us and we were very pleased with the quick response given in approving our stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, clean and convenient to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. The home was fully equipped with all the essentials, I brought my daughter and 3 of her friends to celebrate her 13th birthday. I wanted a fun place they could relax and not be bored. They enjoyed the fooseball table and hot tub, said the bunks were comfortable and I used the upstairs area. I could hardly hear them…which was nice! The kitchen was stocked well, I cooked dinner 2x and breakfast…had all the utensils/pots and dishes we needed. I’m grateful to the previous guest that gave an alternate route to bypass the grave 4x4 required trail. We used the alternate route and felt safe going up. The views are nice, they overlook a small street with a few other cabins below, you hardly notice them because in the distance you get straight mountain top views! Very relaxing!

It was a very nice cabin, We come to the mountains a couple times a year. Usually stay in Starr Crest area this one was a little more expensive than we normally pay but we usually get a discount for return customers for but this was an impromptu visit and booked through you.

I knew this was new construction so was a little leery about how outfitted the house would be but it was beautifully appointed. We didn’t lack a thing-soaps (kitchen, laundry, bath…even sham+cond), bags, hangers, linens, tp, ppt, dishes, utensils, spices, ice in the freezer maker…it was alll there. We had a small issue with a breaker popping which Staylah was excellent about and attentive-I didn’t think I’d get an answer on the weekend but a real person picked up immediately. It was an excellent experience for my daughter’s birthday trip to Dollywood parks. The girls loved the bunk room and having a space to themselves, the hot tub was a great way to soak after all that walking, and the gorgeous views for meals…I couldn’t keep them off the balconies! (Warning: GPS took us the fastest route to the parks-9 min-via a dirt road that’s a bit 4x4 at the top but we were prepared. If you’re not, just make sure to come in from Upper Middle Creek Rd to Walker Trail…this is only 6 minutes more)
