This 3 bed 2 bath unit has been renovated to the highest standards and comes fully furnished and with an elevator in building! Ocean Villas is a well-loved oceanfront complex for vacationers. It is a 10 min drive to historic downtown St Augustine. It is located within the coveted ''golden mile'' of St Augustine Beach, which is the heart of the beach and has wonderful restaurants, shopping and a beautiful beach that extends for miles in either direction North or South, perfect for walking, biking or beachcombing! There is private beach access from the complex and a community beachfront gazebo. There are two pools, the ''lagoon pool'' which is heated in winter, and the beachside zero entry pool, both fresh out of recent renovations. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.

This spacious second floor condo also offers an oversized balcony that is accessible from the living areas as well as the primary bedroom.

Beyond the luxury of this unit, the Ocean Villas community offers resort-style amenities that elevate the beachfront experience. Private gated beach access ensures your days by the ocean are both serene and exclusive. Say goodbye to the hassle of beach parking, as this community offers free parking for residents and their guests. The landscape throughout the complex is beautifully maintained, providing a lush and inviting atmosphere.

Upon booking you will be asked to complete our renter agreement and ID verification

Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. No pets allowed. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200

We were in town for a concert at the amphitheater. This condo was perfectly located and comfortable for us, and 2 other couples. . We wish we would have had time to enjoy it a little longer! The host was very responsive and easy to work with.

Our stay at this condo was pleasant. The location was good overall and an easy walk to the pool and the beach. The unit was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. We would stay here again.

Very quiet condo setting. Residents were friendly. Would only suggest the owner have cleaning products available for guests to clean the kitchen and bathrooms since the instructions asked us to keep it clean. Also we would have liked a few more towels for bathrooms. Otherwise it was a perfect location to Uber to historic district or walk the beach and grocery shopping was a short drive away. Would definitely stay again :)

Great condo & location. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful balcony overlooking the pool. We had a wonderful time, would recommend to our friends & would book this place again. Big shout out to Diana who was GREAT!

There were a lot of small black ants in the master bedroom and they were also in the bed. The host asked that we take trash out to dumpster, wash towels & load dishwasher. Should the cleaning fee cover that? Nice condo overall.

Thanks for your review Tanisha...we appreciate it so that we can have an opportunity to respond to your concerns. I do apologize for the ants that got in the house :( It's not an excuse, but in the summer in Florida it rains a lot and the "bugs" tend to want to get out of the rain and find their way into homes. That being said, we did hire an exterminator to go to the property and treat both the inside as well as the outside to try to eradicate any nearby ant piles. The "check-out" procedures are pretty standard in the industry and help start the process for the cleaners. Sometimes we have a "same day" turnover and time is tight. It is not required but most guests do help out in that way. Overall, I hope you had an enjoyable vacation and stay with us and we would love to host you again in the future!
