Your furry companions are more than welcome to join in on the fun, exploring our large fenced yard and enjoying the freedom to roam and play safely. On warm, sunny Florida days, take a refreshing dip in our sparkling pool, where you can soak up the sun and make unforgettable memories with loved ones. And when the evening chill sets in, gather around the crackling fireplace for cozy conversations and shared laughter.
At our property, we celebrate our love for animals, making it a haven for pet lovers from near and far. Whether you're snuggled up with your furry friend by the fire or watching them frolic in the yard, every moment here is filled with joy and companionship. Come experience the charm, comfort, and heartfelt southern hospitality that define our family-friendly haven—a place where every guest, human and furry alike, is treated like part of the family.

Please note that the pool is naturally heated by the sun only and does not have a separate heating system.

Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

PET RULES: There is a $200 pet fee for 2 dogs than $100 extra per dog up to a total of 4
At no time may pets be on any furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture, additional cleaning fees may apply.
You must pick up after your dog. If pet waste is found in the backyard, a $50 pet waste fee will be added to your stay.
There are no breed restrictions at this property 🙂Unattended pets must be crated. No cats allowed.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200

Our stay at this Airbnb was simply exceptional. The house was spotless, thoughtfully organized, and equipped with all modern appliances, which worked perfectly. From the very first moment, we truly felt at home. The remodeled bathrooms were modern and elegant, adding a touch of luxury to our experience. Additionally, our little pet Ezra thoroughly enjoyed the backyard—it was the perfect space for him to relax. The location was unbeatable: conveniently close to St. Augustine’s main attractions, making everything even more enjoyable. We had the opportunity to spend quality time with family and celebrate Thanksgiving in this beautiful place, making our stay even more special and memorable. We rented this because we had to evacuate for hurricane Helene, This home was very clean, and spacious. The only downfall that we experienced was the air conditioning did not go below 74, and it was a little warm in the house, we brought our dogs with us and they were hot. The contract company responded quickly, and tried to have it fixed by owner, but still didn't change temp in the home, there is only a loveseat and two small chairs to sit in, if you have a larger family, there is not enough seats for everyone in the livingroom. Overall it's a nice place to stay

House is beautiful, yard is AMAZING, pool is great!!! The host was absolutely incredible, they were always super fast at responding, very accommodating!! Beautiful beaches less than 20 min aways, so many delicious restaurants near by, neighbors were nice and the street is quiet!! If you take a dog and have to walk, I do recommend a light as there are no street lights! Take full advantage of the no street lights and look at the sky!! With no street lights the stars and moon are breathtaking!! Made lots of fun memories with friends and my doggies!!

Great stay, home is as described. It’s a bit dark if you travel at night. The TV remote situation was a bit off, but easily configurable. Property was clean, and even comes with a lot of Texas style features like a saddle which was cute and my daughter enjoyed. Kid friendly, backyard is as described and the pool and all is there. Bathrooms were nice and updated. I’d sty again.

This house was perfect for us! It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, which had us feeling relaxed from the start. The location is great, as it is a short ride to all of the St. Augustine restaurants and attractions. The pool was as pristine and relaxing as the rest of the house. We had some family members stop by and stay over and they enjoyed it as well. Thank you Staylah for a wonderful vacation in your beautiful home! We'll be back!

THE GOOD: This home is beautiful & comfortably accommodated our family of 6 adults & a baby. host had everything we could have needed from shampoo to toothbrushes. Very easy to find thanks to the sign out front. fenced in yard is nice -plenty of room. The screened in back porch nice & comfortable. The pool itself was great for our family. THE NOT SO GOOD: The pool has biting ants that have taken up home surrounding the pool. We were all bitten including our grandbaby on day 1. No amount of water could flush them out away from the entrance of the pool. There were other small bugs that ended up in the pool each day that needed to be skimmed out. Our stay happened to be during hurricane/tropical storm Debby. The torrential rain caused an alarm in the back yard to start beeping at 5 or 6am due to the water level. I reached out to the host but figured out how to silence it on our own before receiving a response. Would we stay again, yes, but only after some pest control around the pool

We enjoyed our stay in Saint Augustine at this Airbnb. The pool was private and relaxing. There was plenty of room for everyone to stay! Tons of kitchen items which was nice for the days we wanted to cook a family meal. Only downfall is check in is not until 4 and check out is 10am.

Talked to them about having instructions on how appliances work..stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer combo. They said they would work on that. One roku remote didn't work and offered to send someone out next day but we hooked it up to the phone instead. They are figuring it out. Really easy to get in touch with and answered promptly. If I come back to St Augustine will definitely stay there again. Also they are working on getting a separate washer and dryer. the combo doesn't dry fast enough.. took several times of turning it on. Overall an amazing stay. Loved the pool
