Love St Augustine beach and would stay here again. This location is beachside and about 20 min from the old city but so many restaurants and ice cream places within 5 minutes. All the restaurants are locally owned only 1 chain. Condo was spacious and beach pristine. Granddaughters loved the game room and asked if we could go back. My only complaint was getting in at night - you need a code to enter parking lot, another code to open lockbox at first exterior door then a 3rd code to open final door to enter condo. They enclosed entry patio to create game room so it’s like a separate entrance. We had to call twice - I think they use a service from India but they were quick and helpful. Bottom line we would definitely stay there again!

The host was very welcoming. Staylah was prompt in sending maintenance over to fix the garbage disposal and they were prompt in resetting our door code when we contacted them that the original door code was no longer working. The layout of the ADA unit was nice and it worked for our guest in his electric chair. Unfortunately, the unit was not very clean when we got there. We had to wipe down the bathroom shelves, kitchen shelves, kitchen cabinet spaces that we wanted to set food in and refrigerator shelves before we could set anything out. In one of the bedrooms there was food stuck on the dresser, which we had to clean up. The dust bunnies under the beds were disgusting. We notified our host about the cleanliness of the unit and took them up on their offer to send over housekeeping. Well, we re-arranged our plans when we were told housekeeping was coming and they never showed up - that happened twice (we set out a few crumbs on the countertops/furniture so we would know if they showed up and the crumbs were still there). We gave up on the housekeeping issue and just dealt with it ourselves. We just wish the unit was cleaner. The dishwasher was questionable - the cups in the top rack were not very clean. The clothes dryer was annoying - it took numerous attempts to get the dryer to turn on and then the clothes were not always dry. We did not bother to call the host about the dish washer or the clothes dryer since we did not want to be inconvenienced again.

I personally think this condo is in the best location in the entire resort. You have a large patio, partly covered - perfect for sunning or getting in the shade. And mature landscaping that gave just the right amount of privacy without obscuring the view of the lagoon and pool. I couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, with everything you need for your vacation. The linens and bedding were very nice as well. And the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. I 100% would want to stay in this exact condo on future visits. And the property management were responsive, proactive and very warm and friendly! You will not be disappointed ❤️

Plenty of room for our 7 adults and 2 kids. Roll away instant bed was great for the 5 year old and the pack and play was perfect for the 1 year old. Lots of closet and drawer space. Kitchen was spacious and easy to use. Loved the easy walk to the pools and beach. Loved the little vanity in one of the secondary bedrooms; let us get hair and makeup ready in our room and freed up the bathroom.

Beautiful beach condo with more space than usual and overlooked the pond. The grounds were gorgeous and well maintained. The unit itself had everything you needed and the amenities were all super high end. This place shines we wanted to purchase it from the owner. Cleaning crew did not clean the floors well but the owner had them come back to reclean immediately and all was great and showed they cared. Rent without hesitation and enjoy this modernized gem of a beach condo.

Our stay was so nice. Perfect place to have family together. I live in St Augustine but needed a place for my family to get together from out of town. I could not have been more pleased. If I had an issue they responded quickly and were very sweet. They had everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend this place and management company to everyone. 5 stars. My friends and I took a girls trip for an extended weekend and this property was perfect! Close to downtown St Augustine where we dined most nights. Very close and easy walk. Close enough to walk to a tiki bar as well as other wonderful restaurants. We had 4 people and the space was more than enough. The beds were comfy among the other accommodations were well thought out. The decor was beautiful. The patio was where we spent most our time in the morning and evening. It was a perfect place to relax! I highly recommend this condo! It would be great for families, couples weekend or girls getaway. I will definitely stay here again.

Everything was wonderful, the pictures do not do the place justice. I would highly recommend this condo over every other condo in the neighborhood. The kitchen was top notch, the rooms, and bathrooms, just all were great. The host literally thought of everything! We didn’t need most of the beach stuff we brought. We should have stayed longer than we did. The walk to the beach was like nothing when compared to the quality of the condo. Highly, highly recommend!!!

We had a great time! Location of unit was very close to one of the pools, making it very easy to access especially with young children. The outdoor space provided another living space. The unit came with all kinds of beach stuff. We would difficulty return

We were thoroughly amazed at how wonderful our accommodations were! The 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo was pristine clean, and well stocked with all that we needed to enjoy our beach vacation. Great place for a family vacation: 2 great pools and a terrific beach. Pros: - pools were terrific and very safe with gates - condo was comfortable and had every thing we needed - sunroom was fine to turn into a 4th bedroom (futon was comfortable) but that area was hotter and seemed to lack AC - beach was terrific ; great for playing in the waves, clean, large, not crowded - easy short drive to good restaurants , eg beachcomber - condo supplied with beach towels, lawn chairs, beach toys, body boards (these were all in laundry room) - great patio - quiet — no noise from neighbors - beds comfortable if a little soft - around pool was a moat (safely fenced off) with turtles and koi fish which were a hit - nicely maintained condo grounds

This condo was close to everything and very clean and had everything we needed. The bidet was such a nice feature, I never knew how nice a heated toilet seat would be! The kitchen had everything we needed and the patio and games were great features; although we couldn’t get the pin ball machine to work. Having chairs and a beach cart, towels and beach games was very nice as well. I will definitely be back to stay here. Having a heated pool was great at this time of year as well! We really enjoyed our time!
