Romantic A-Frame Retreat - Wonder Meadows

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at stayla. The cabin looked just like the pictures. It was so adorable, super clean and well appointed. The bedroom in the A-frame was a little difficult to navigate. However, the hot tub, the immaculate bathroomand kitchen and the responsiveness of our hosts more than made up for that small issue. It was a perfect getaway.

The cabin is a perfect place for two! The location is great, with it being only a 15-20 minute drive to so many different attractions. The cabin, itself, was super clean!! Will definitely come back.

We had a very nice time staying at the house and it was nice to be away from heavy traffic. Only problem we had was with the construction being done at the entrance/exit sometimes blocking the way, but all in all it was a very enjoyable getaway stay.

Wow where can I begin….this was the perfect getaway my husband and I needed. The host was very sweet and responsive, everything we wanted to do was less than 30 mins way. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and amenities we needed. We cooked, watched TV, rested and enjoyed the view. We will definitely be back and look forward to making this a tradition. Absolutely loved the cabin!! The bed is a little firm for my liking but still comfortable. It was super cozy and comfortable. Only recommendations are to leave instructions for changing the heating/AC and also consider adding curtains for the doorways to the hot tub for added privacy and to help block the wind.

Great place, very easy commutation. Had a small hiccup with hot tub and they replied immediately. Problem was fixed before we returned from our outings that day and was ready for use that evening. Will highly recommend

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at Staylah's cozy cabin! We felt completely at home and loved the special decorative touches. The cabin has a beautiful view of the Smokey Mountain sunrise, and was located near many local shops and restaurants. Major tourist attractions of the Smokies were around 15-20min away, making them very accessible. However, it was nice being in a quieter area. We would definitely recommend a stay!

The home was beautiful and perfect for our needs. We actually had a black bear walk through the yard one of our nights while we were outside drinking wine. The only downside was the construction on the property and the property next to us, it was hard to truly enjoy the views and outdoors while listening to the beeps and engines of construction equipment. Regardless of the noise, we would definitely stay again and had a wonderful time. The hot tub was an added bonus, especially after long days of hiking the national park. The mountains are breathtaking and truly make for a romantic and beautiful experience.

The A-frame cabin was a great stay! Perfectly cozy and clean, and the hosts were super responsive! There was a small concern that arose with a wild animal, and they were able to get someone from their team out really quickly to assist in clean-up. They were also sure to reach out several times in case anything additional was needed. Definitely recommend this stay for a smaller amount of people who are just looking to relax for a short getaway! Very quaint, but plenty to do in the area as well :)

We decided to book a last-minute trip and wanted to stay on the quieter side of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so this place completely fit that bill! Our stay was relaxing and just what we had hoped for. Staylah was wonderful about communicating details and this unit was one of the better ones we have stayed at. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy little place with beautiful views & amenities. We will definitely return!

This was a perfect getaway for my husband and I to celebrate 23 years of marriage. We did a spontaneous trip and booked the day of and heard from the host while en route which was when be booked the stay. We are frequent travelers and this stay was so unique! The style of the cabin was absolutely beautiful and high quality especially for the price point! If you want whimsical and romantic, this is definitely the spot to book! Our stay was absolutely perfect! Cabin was so cozy & clean as well as beautifully decorated. Includes everything you need & then some! We love staying in Wears Valley so this location worked great for us….away from all the chaos but everything is a short drive away! This little getaway spot was great! It was nice and private although close to other neighboring cabins, it did not feel as if we were too close to lose privacy. Great location close to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and AMAZING views just a short drive away. The fire-pit has a great view, the hot tub was nice and relaxing, there was some sand in the hot tub when we visited but it wasn’t anything extreme, definitely was still enjoyable! Would definitely recommend and hopefully be coming back sometime soon!

Loved the location. Everything was as nice as the listing shows. It is close by other rental units but we don’t have any issues with other people being nearby. The host answered all questions we had and was very helpful. Checking and checkout were quick and easy.

We absolutely love this place. 2nd stay here and will probably be our go-to for a long time. The place is cozy, clean, and just the right size for 2. The hot tub is an added bonus! There are neighboring rentals but they are laid out so that you have plenty of privacy. We really like that it’s farther out into the beauty of the mountains where things are a little more peaceful, but still within 15ish minutes to pigeon forge and 30 to gatlinburg. The Staylah staff are always very helpful and this particular trip was during the winter storm, so they made sure to reach out and prepare us for worst conditions which thankfully didn’t happen! Can’t wait to come back!

The cabin was located a perfect distance from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was away from the traffic but close enough to enjoy. The town of Wears Valley is cute and has lots of restaurants and shops within a minute of the cabin. The other cabins were closer than we thought based on the listing. It is a small community, if that is what you’re looking for. The cabin itself was the perfects size for 2 people and very clean. There is a large window on the second floor that gives a nice view and natural light but it doesn’t close and has a direct view to the bed from outside. Overall I would say we would be happy to go back! Oh and if you have time, check out the Foothills Parkway with some great Mountain Views!
